Ways we can work together
Below are some of the themes I most often support clients with.
Activism burnout & climate grief
Doom-scrolling until your chest
aches. Guilt for not doing more. That
quiet sense of "what's the point?"
We'll name what's real and rebuild a way to care that doesn't cost your health.
New diagnosis support
Whether it's ADHD, ASD, BPD, or
something else—diagnosis can bring
relief and overwhelm in the same
breath.
We'll make sense of it together so it becomes context, not a cage.
Stress, anxiety & burnout
You're always "on" and barely
holding it together. Rest doesn't work,
and even joy feels flat.
We'll slow things down so you can finally exhale.
Relationships & disconnection
The group chat is buzzing but you
feel oddly alone. Conversations stall.
Repairs take forever.
Together, we'll build clearer communication and deeper connection.
Men's emotional fitness
Anger leaks out before words can
land. "I'm fine" is automatic.
Feelings? Blank.
I offer a space to name what's going on—without judgement or jargon.
Life shifts, grief & loss
A move, a breakup, a death—or just a
phase you didn't choose. Grief can hit
at the grocery store or mid‑Zoom call.
Therapy can be your headlights when the road you’re on is too dark to see clearly.
Not seeing yourself here?
No worries. You don’t need to label your experience before reaching out. If something’s heavy, confusing, or just not quite right, let’s talk and see what’s possible.
Where we meet is up to you
And you can switch between in-person and video anytime.
In-person (coming soon)

A quiet, private room in downtown Vancouver (coming soon!) with cozy light and tactile fidgets.
Secure video (anywhere in BC)

Same grounded support, no commute. Just a screen and a quiet space to talk.
Owning our story and loving ourselves through that process is the bravest thing we'll ever do.

What sessions feel like
Therapy with me is conversational, collaborative, and steady.
Some days you might need space to talk something through. Other days we might gently track patterns, map out options, or practice a new skill. You choose what feels useful each session. I’ll offer ideas, context, and tools you can take or leave.
I’ll never firehose you with advice or ask, “And how does that make you feel?” for the 20th time. Instead, I’ll check in, offer context when it helps, and support you in building small shifts that stick.
Some sessions may feel lighter and others heavier, but you’ll leave each one with something that lands.
Ready to take that first step?
I offer free 10-15 minute chats to see if we’re the right fit for each other.
You don’t need perfect words—just curiosity.
